Terms and Conditions
- We use PayPal as our payment processor, so you can pay with your PayPal account, or with a credit card such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
- All items sold on Wedding Seating Co are digital files only.
- The shipping time that you select at checkout refers to shipping via email.
- Digital files will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Proofs & Revisions
- In the interest of time, you will always receive a high-resolution seating chart that’s ready for you to print.
- You can consider this first file sent to you as your PROOF.
- Every seating chart order comes with 1 free round of changes.
- The limit to the number of changes is 30. We do not accept new data files – the changes you need must be provided in a single list (of names).
- Changes are made within 12 hours, regardless of the turnaround time selected when the order was placed.
- If you require additional revisions, there is a USD 12 fee per round of edits.
- For regular orders, you will receive your seating chart in 3 business days
- For rush orders, regular business days do not apply. We will rush it for you even on weekends and public holidays. You will receive your seating chart within 12 or 24 hours, depending on what you select at checkout.
- Time begins when we receive your order, or when we receive your data file via email, whichever is later.
- On the rare occasion when we are unable to fulfil your order within the selected time, you will receive a full refund of the rush fee or a full refund of your entire order.
- Completed seating charts are not eligible for refunds. Please get in touch if you’re unsatisfied with your printable file and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
- You are eligible for a refund if you have already placed an order, but have not sent us your data file. Send your request to firstname.lastname@example.org
